Ready to start your first coaching session? Great! Before we begin, here are some ground rules to make sure both you and I know what to expect with the coaching.

Fee Plan

Please view registration page, or confirmation email (if have a program that is personally designed) for fee of your coaching program.

If you are receiving monthly coaching, please note that the client and coach agree to provide each other with fourteen day notice in the event either wishes to cancel further services. It should be noted that the monthly fee is calculated based on an average of four weeks per month.

Payment Procedure

The coach is paid in advance of coaching program start date. For monthly coaching, payment must be made by the start of each month.

Nature of Relationship

Please note that the coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as psychotherapy, psychological counselling or therapy, or any type of therapy. In the event that the client feels the need for professional counselling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the client to seek a licensed professional. The coach is not a health care provider, advisor or consultant and any communications may not be construed as a recommendation of medical treatment, medication, or advice, nor is any claim made to be so. Coaching is all about starting from where the client is now and creating an action plan that works towards where they want to be going while clarifying obstacles and creating focus as needed.


The coach recognizes that the client may have future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other private information. The coach will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any information for the coach’s own benefit, or disclosure, or communicate this information to a third party. While the coach will do everything in their power to keep communication confidential, the client is aware that there are certain exceptions. For example, communication by email can potentially be intercepted or email archives can be subpoenaed from internet service providers.

Definition of Coaching

Professional coaching is an ongoing partnership that helps clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting, the client and coach chose the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are today and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be tomorrow.

Meeting and Call Procedure

The coach will call the client at pre-arranged time and telephone number/Skype as scheduled, or the client will arrive at place of meeting as previously determined. Please remember, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to be to rescheduled otherwise the session is forfeited. Additionally, if client is later than fifteen minutes for the scheduled meeting the session is forfeited.


For monthly coaching: The client agrees to keep all agreements they commit to, including any homework or exercises they agree to in a session as well as the call focus form which must be completed 24 hours before each scheduled coaching session. All forms, questionnaires, and homework are to be completed before scheduled sessions.

Bottom Lining

The coach may interrupt the client from time to time using a method called “bottom lining” in order to return the subject matter to the main focus or to move the discussion in an action-orientated direction. Any suggestions that the coach makes the client can accept, reject, or make a counter offer. The coach will be working hard to help the client not get stuck in their story, but rather to keep moving forward towards the change they desire.


Both the coach and client agree to be in a quiet place with no interruptions for the duration of each coaching session. Everyone agrees to remain focused and will not attempt to multi-task.

Questions, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

If you have any questions, or if you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please contact as soon as possible.

Please note that changes made to sessions (cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment) must be made 24 hours in advance or session is forfeited.
